The AC/Group was founded in 1994 with the name ‘Agentur Celebration’.
At that time we mostly dealt in the procurement of artists and the organization of different events and furthermore we started with typical office work.
As a result of this work the AC/Office Service came into being in 1996.
Because of constantly increasing demands and standards, especially in computer technologies our firm had to be divided into the AC/Call Center, the AC/Event Service, the AC/Artist Agency, the AC/Costumer-Care-Center and the AC/Back Office in 1997.
To fulfil the variety of services in the field of In- and Outbound in a better way we opened a branch in Magdeburg at the same time.
To ensure an effective and reliable performance of our administration all branches of our company where united into one, the AC/Group.
One of our important interests is to help young people getting into the job market. That’s why we offer vocational training to become employees for office communication.
